ما الذي نحفظه

• حسابك: بريدك الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور محفوظة مشفّرة فلا يراها أحد منّا. إن دخلت بحساب Google أو Facebook نستلم منهما اسمك وبريدك وصورة حسابك فقط، ولا نرى كلمة مرورك عندهما.
• بياناتك عندنا: اسمك بالأحرف اللاتينية، وبلدك، ورقم واتساب إن كتبته، ورمز صندوقك (مثل KRV-123456).
• عناوين التسليم: الاسم والهاتف والمدينة والحي والشارع والرمز البريدي لكل عنوان تضيفه.
• طرودك: المتجر ووصف المحتوى والوزن والمقاسات وتاريخ الوصول، وصورة للطرد نلتقطها في المستودع.
• شحناتك: ما فيها وقيمتها التي تصرّح بها، وشركة الشحن ورقم التتبع والحالة والسعر، وتقييمك إن قيّمتها.
• الدفع: المبلغ وطريقة الدفع وتاريخه. لا نحفظ أرقام البطاقات في موقعنا.
• الإشعارات والرسائل: ما نرسله إليك عن طرودك، والرسائل التي تبعثها إلى بريدنا.

لماذا نحفظه

• لنعرف أن الطرد الواصل إلى المستودع لك، فاسمك ورمز صندوقك على عنوانك في إسطنبول.
• لنجمع طرودك ونحسب سعر الشحن ونرسلها إلى العنوان الذي تختاره.
• لنملأ أوراق الجمارك وشركة الشحن.
• لنخبرك بما يصل وما يُشحن، ونرد على أسئلتك.

لا نستعمل بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نضع في موقعنا أدوات تتبّع أو إعلانات.

من يرى بياناتك

• فريق كيرفان في المستودع وخدمة العملاء، وكلٌّ بقدر عمله.
• شركة الشحن والجمارك: اسمك وعنوانك وهاتفك ومحتوى الشحنة وقيمتها، لأن التسليم لا يتم دونها.
• من نستعين بهم لتشغيل الموقع: Supabase لقاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول وصور الطرود، وCloudflare لاستضافة الموقع. يحفظون البيانات لحسابنا ولا يستعملونها لأنفسهم.
• Google وFacebook يعرفان أنك دخلت إلى كيرفان بحسابك عندهما، إن اخترت ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعطيها لأحد غير هؤلاء إلا إن طلبتها جهة رسمية بحكم القانون.

ما يحفظه موقعنا في متصفحك

نحفظ في متصفحك لغتك المختارة، والوضع الفاتح أو الداكن، وجلسة الدخول لتبقى داخل حسابك. هذه كلها ضرورية لعمل الموقع، ولا نستعمل ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو التتبع. تُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts وبعض ملفات الموقع من jsDelivr، فيصلهما عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك كأي موقع آخر.

كم نحتفظ بها

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك مفتوحًا. إذا حذفت حسابك نحذف حسابك وبياناتك وعناوينك وصور طرودك. أما سجلات الشحنات والمدفوعات التي يلزمنا القانون بحفظها للضرائب والجمارك، فنحتفظ بها المدة التي يطلبها القانون فقط، ثم نحذفها.

حقوقك

يمكنك أن ترى بياناتك وتصحّحها في صفحة «حسابي»، وأن تطلب نسخة منها أو حذفها في أي وقت بمراسلتنا. نرد خلال 3 أيام عمل.

تغيير هذه السياسة

إن غيّرنا شيئًا مهمًا في هذه الصفحة نحدّث تاريخها في الأعلى ونخبرك في حسابك. خدماتنا للبالغين، ولسنا نقصد بها من هم دون 18 عامًا.

What we store

• Your account: your email, and your password stored encrypted so none of us can read it. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email and profile picture from them, never your password there.
• Your details: your name in Latin letters, your country, your WhatsApp number if you give it, and your box code (like KRV-123456).
• Delivery addresses: the name, phone, city, area, street and postcode of each address you add.
• Your parcels: the store, a description of the contents, weight, size, arrival date, and a photo of the parcel taken in our warehouse.
• Your shipments: what's inside and the value you declare, the carrier, tracking number, status and price, and your rating if you leave one.
• Payments: the amount, method and date. We don't keep card numbers on our site.
• Notifications and messages: what we send you about your parcels, and the emails you send us.

Why we store it

• To know a parcel arriving at the warehouse is yours: your name and box code are on your Istanbul address.
• To combine your parcels, work out the shipping price, and send them to the address you choose.
• To fill in customs and carrier paperwork.
• To tell you what has arrived and what has shipped, and to answer your questions.

We don't use your data for advertising, and our site has no ads or tracking tools.

Who sees your data

• The Kervan team in the warehouse and customer service, each only as far as their work needs.
• The carrier and customs: your name, address, phone, and the contents and value of the shipment, because delivery can't happen without them.
• The services that run our site: Supabase for the database, sign-in and parcel photos, and Cloudflare for hosting. They hold the data for us and don't use it for themselves.
• Google and Facebook know you signed in to Kervan with your account there, if you choose to.

We don't sell your data, and we give it to no one else unless an authority requires it by law.

What our site keeps in your browser

Your browser keeps your chosen language, light or dark mode, and your sign-in session so you stay signed in. All of these are needed for the site to work; we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and some site files from jsDelivr, so they see your device's IP address, as with any website.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete the account, your details, your addresses and your parcel photos. Shipment and payment records that the law requires us to keep for tax and customs are kept only as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details on the "My account" page, and ask us for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time by email. We reply within 3 working days.

Changes to this policy

If we change something important here, we update the date at the top and tell you in your account. Our services are for adults and are not meant for anyone under 18.
